Bankruptcy prediction modelling in the environment of V4 countries

This diploma thesis is focused on the construction of a new bankruptcy model designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction industry in the environment of the Visegrad Four countries. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining the concepts of bankruptcy, bankruptcy model and their placement in the historical context, followed by a description of selected bankruptcy models, a brief description of the construction industry and an analysis of constuction sector. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is tested and then a new bankruptcy model is constructed.

The aim of my diploma thesis entitled Wages and prices in construction is to introduce the methods of remuneration, types of wages and the calculation procedure, as well as to introduce the types and forms of prices and procedures for creating the price of a construction work. The diploma thesis consists of four basic sections divided into eight chapters and other subchapters. The first section, Wages, contains information on wages and the determination of types of wages. In the second section we will focus on prices in general, their types and forms and prices in construction with budgets. In the last part we will focus on an example item budget of a family house,

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of communication policy in the firm Unistav a. s. The firm is dealing with building activity and business activity. The theoretical part is intended on the communication policy, analysis of internal and external setting of the firm, its marketing mix and proposal of marketing strategy. In The practical part are worked up the analysis of the situation building’s market, analysis of communication policy firm’s Unistav and the proposal for change communication policy in the firm Unistav. Of the base of these analysis the external and internal environment and evaluating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is suggested a marketing strategy for Unistav a. s.
Communication when negotiating a construction contract

The main objective of the Diploma thesis is to create and analyze marketing researches and evaluate its possibilities of application in reality. There are marketing and communication basics, alongside with brief introduction to Baťa’s Zlin listed in the theoretical part. The practical part of the thesis is focused on defining the methodology of the marketing researches, including its analysis. Based on these information there is a conception created. The main reason to create this conception was rising amount of houses, which are being repaired regardless of its historical value and city regulation. This concept is therefore focused on creation of alternative plan on – how to preserve unique urbanistic character of functionalistic garden city of Zlin.
Vertical Analysis of Costs in a Selected Construction Company

The bachelor thesis deals with a vertical analysis of the costs of ZIPP Brno s.r.o. in the years 2017 to 2021 and compares the obtained values with the national average in the construction industry. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part theoretically characterizes the construction industry, construction company and financial statements, describes the financial analysis including vertical analysis and defines and breaks down the costs. The second part introduces the evaluated company ZIPP Brno s.r.o., the subject of its business and prepares a vertical analysis of individual cost items, which are then compared with the national average in the construction industry.

Reconstruction and modernization Šumava lodge on small pension.

Diploma thesis deals with drafting the project documentation for building permit. In more detailed vision it is a reconstruction and modernization of the Šumava Forest lodge in forest district administration on a small pension solved at a particular site in Zdíkov, small village on edge of the Protected Landscape Area Šumava. Technical requirements for these buildings are recorded in the initial search. This initial search also describes items related to this topic. Each building in this area is associated with the environment of countryside and can significantly affect the appearance of the original buildings and living conditions. It is therefore considered that the proposed will serve purpose of place where is the building built or in another more attractive location. Everything is summarized in the SWOT analysis, which distinguishes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For this evaluation is very important to know this specific area, which is characterized by three aspects, namely in cultural, natural and historical term.
